Cancellation of subscriptions

TraX (Plus, Pro, Enterprise)

You can cancel your TraX subscription, whether purchased through the droniq.de website or through our staff, at any time by sending a written notice. For technical reasons, subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store can only be canceled through the respective platform (i.e., directly in the corresponding stores).

Please follow these steps for all subscriptions purchased directly from us: 

  1. Cancellation by e-mail:
    Cancellation must be made in writing to info@droniq.de. An e-mail fulfills this requirement.

  2. Use of the e-mail address on file:
    Please only send your notice of termination from the e-mail address with which you are registered with us. This is the only way we can clearly assign your request.

  3. Cancellation by purchaser:
    If your subscription was taken out via a colleague (e.g. as a purchaser), only this person can cancel the subscription.

After termination, your account will automatically be switched to TraX Free.
If you wish all your data to be completely deleted, please also inform us of this in writing in your termination notice.
