Transponder for sending the Direct Remote ID

The Dronetag Beacon is a small transponder that transmits Direct / Broadcast Remote via Bluetooth. It ensures that the drone is recognizable to all air traffic participants and enables the drone to be tracked in real time. It can be attached to any drone, regardless of manufacturer, due to its minimal weight and makes it compliant with current EU and US regulations.

Advantages

  • Sending the current position via Direct Remote ID to fulfill legal requirements.
  • Compatible with any drone.
  • Safe and compliant drone flying: anywhere, anytime, always.
  • Reliable positioning of the drone within a range of up to 3 km.
  • Self-sufficient use, as no external antennas or power banks are required.
  • Globally supported Bluetooth technology (ASD-STAN, ASTM)

Intended use

New regulations are forcing commercial pilots in the EU and the USA to make their drones digitally visible. Dronetag has developed the Beacon, a small and lightweight transponder that makes drones instantly compatible with the latest DRI standards. This means you can easily upgrade your existing drone without having to buy a new aircraft.

The Dronetag Beacon makes drones visible to anyone, anywhere, anytime by transmitting the Direct Remote ID via Bluetooth, making it recognizable to all surrounding air traffic participants. All you have to do is attach the beacon to a nano drone or a large drone and you can fly for up to 16 hours.

THREATS FOR EVERYONE,
VISIBLE EVERYWHERE & ANYTIME

The Dronetag mini makes drones visible to anyone, anywhere, anytime by transmitting its own position to the Droniq UTM via LTE or broadcasting via Direct Remote ID. With access to the UTM system (e.g. TrackViewer), the remote pilot can view the current air situation from manned and unmanned air traffic data at any time.

DRONIQlive: Monument protection by drone

Monuments need to be checked regularly for damage - drones can help! In our next DRONIQlive webinar, we will show you how this works. Together with architect Birgit Tsuchyia, 3D expert Bernhard Strackenbrock and drone pilot Alexander Wulf, we will discuss the most important questions about maintenance.

DRONIQlive will take place on Thu, 21.11.2024 at 7 pm. We look forward to your participation!
