During the half-day workshop, we will get to know you and your company by starting with an inventory of your organization, flight plan, drone fleet, etc.
Process explanations around the creation of operational concepts (ConOps) and risk analyses (SORA)
are also part of the workshop as well as topics around regulatory issues, responsibilities, training and technical aspects.
Within four weeks of the workshop, we evaluate everything in detail, identify your needs, and prepare a detailed recommendation for action on what an operational concept might look like, which drones we recommend and you should ideally deploy.
