Shipping

The prices listed on the product pages include VAT. Parcel shipping is done with DHL and UPS:

Shipping within Germany:
The shipping costs as well as the insurance amount will be calculated during checkout or during the offer creation and are based on the following package sizes:

• Small 8 € (up to 3 kg) *
• Medium 25 € (up to 6 kg) *
• Large 45 € (> 6 kg to ca 30 kg) *
• Bulky goods / Hazardous goods: On request * 

* Depending on the transport classification, batteries are shipped either by UPS (UN number 3481) or DHL (UN number 3480). 

Shipping abroad:
Shipping abroad is possible on request. Please contact us at info@droniq.de

Payment

We offer the following payment methods in our online store:

• Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express)
• Paypal
• Invoice (For companies we also offer payment on invoice. Please contact us for this)

Droniq GmbH reserves the right to individually limit the use of the available payment methods.

The invoice is to be paid by bank transfer within 14 days after receipt of the goods. The bank details are:
