Scope of delivery

Access to the software is provided to the user digitally. FlytBase is offered as a SaaS product with user-based accounts. An account is defined for a single named user and cannot be shared by multiple people.
Organizations can set up multiple user accounts within a single tenant, enabling access for multiple users and role-based permissions for teams.
Enterprise deployments (cloud, cloud in country, on-premises, air-gapped) are typically licensed per dock, with options to scale users, docks, and locations.

System requirements

Modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox) running on Windows, macOS, or Linux. Stable internet connection with 20 Mbps for the FlytBase cloud platform; additional network and server resources may be required for local or air-gapped deployments.

Autonomous flights

FlytBase allows drone flights to be planned in advance and carried out automatically on a regular basis—for example, for patrols, inspections, or situation assessments. If necessary, missions can also be launched quickly without having to prepare everything from scratch each time.
Central control

Drones and docking stations can be managed centrally via a dashboard—even if they are located in different places. This allows teams to keep track of status, availability, and ongoing missions without having to be on site.
Live images & data

FlytBase displays live video and important operational information in real time. This helps control centers, security, and operations teams assess situations more quickly and make more informed decisions—especially during incidents or in dynamic situations.
Various sensors possible

Depending on the drone and application, different cameras and sensors can be used—for example, for daytime overviews, support in poor visibility conditions, or detailed inspection images. FlytBase supports the integration of various payloads/sensors within the drone ecosystem.
