Focus on Safety and Transparency in Low-Altitude Airspace
From September 22 to 25, 2026, Droniq will be exhibiting at the EUDEX 2026 (Euro Defense Expo) in Essen. As part of the joint stand from the state of Hesse, we will demonstrate how modern solutions for drone detection, situational awareness, and airspace management can help create greater transparency and safety in low-altitude airspace.
Visit us in Hall 3, Booth 3A27, and learn how integrated digital solutions can address current challenges related to drone use.
Transparency for Low-Altitude Airspace
The number of professional drone applications is growing steadily. At the same time, the demands placed on security officials, government agencies, and operators of critical infrastructure are increasing.
Questions such as
- Which drones are allowed to fly?
- Which flights are approved?
- Which drones are actually in the airspace?
- When is action needed?
are becoming increasingly important.
Droniq takes an integrated approach to this: By combining flight planning, airspace management, drone detection, and air situation information, it creates a unified situational picture that brings together relevant information for different user groups.
Solutions for Government Agencies, Critical Infrastructure, and Security Organizations
At EUDEX 2026, we will be showcasing, among other things, the MyZone Suite, which combines various modules for low-altitude airspace:
- MyZone Manager for Digital Airspace Management
- MyZone Detection for detecting drone activity
These are complemented by additional solutions from the Droniq portfolio:
- TraX for flight planning, airspace information, and the safe preparation of drone missions
- VisX for the visualization and provision of air situation information to government agencies, security organizations, and other users
Together, these solutions help ensure transparency regarding planned, authorized, and actual activities in airspace and provide safety officials with a sound basis for decision-making.
Presentation at the European Drone Conference
In conjunction with the trade show, Droniq is also participating in the European Drone Conference.
- September 23, 2026
- 11:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
During the presentation, our experts will provide insights into current developments and challenges related to the safe integration of drones and the protection of low-altitude airspace.
We look forward to engaging in professional dialogue with representatives from government agencies, law enforcement and emergency services, critical infrastructure sectors, security organizations, and industry.
Panel Discussion at Security Essen
In recent years, drones have become an important tool for government agencies and organizations responsible for security. They assist with situational awareness, provide real-time information from the air, and help emergency responders make informed decisions more quickly.
At the same time, new questions arise: Which systems are already practical today? How can drones be meaningfully integrated into existing operational procedures? And what technical or operational challenges remain?
The panel discussion“Reconnaissance, Detection, Rescue: Drones and Autonomous Systems in Civil Protection” will address these questions.
As part of the Blaulichtforum, Thilo Vogt will join other experts from various fields to discuss current applications of drones and autonomous systems in civil protection. The discussion will focus on real-world experiences, the added value for emergency responders, and the limitations of today’s technologies.
- September 22, 2026
- 1:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m.
- Emergency Services Forum, Hall 5
The event features a moderated discussion followed by a Q&A session and offers visitors the opportunity to share their own questions and experiences.
