Droniq trains Altena fire department

Modern operational support from the air:

Last week, ten members of the Altena fire department were intensively trained by our colleague Torben Clausen in the use of the drone DJI Matrice 30T drone. In theory and practice, the firefighters received comprehensive training on the controls, functionalities and safe handling of the powerful BOS drone.

Practical training for emergencies

The training course combined systematic instruction in flight control with extensive practical flights. The focus was on realistic use cases from everyday firefighting operations - from situation overviews in major emergencies to targeted searches for people using the integrated thermal imaging camera.

The DJI M30T has the ideal prerequisites for this: robust construction, fast operational capability, powerful zoom and thermal camera as well as a long flight time make it an ideal tool for BOS operations.

Professional training for BOS applications

For many fire departments, getting started with professional drone use is a challenge - whether due to technical complexity or regulatory requirements. Droniq accompanies emergency services on this path: from advice on drone selection, to our integrated air situation solution, to training to become a remote pilot in theory & practice.

"Our aim is not only to equip emergency services with technology, but also to enable them to use it safely and effectively," says Torben Clausen, Senior Aviation Manager at Droniq.
