Shipping

The shipping costs stated on the product pages are exclusive of VAT. Parcels are shipped with DHL and UPS:

Shipping within Germany:
The shipping costs and insurance amount are calculated during checkout or when the offer is created and are based on the following specifications:

• Small: 8 € net (up to 3 kg) *
• Medium: 25 € net (> 3kg to 10 kg) *
• Large 45: € net (> 10 kg to approx. 30 kg) *
• Dangerous goods: 120 € net *
• Freight forwarding: 150 € net *
• Bulky goods shipping: On request *
• Free shipping: From 2700 € net * (does not apply to hazardous goods and freight forwarding shipments)

* Depending on the transport classification, batteries are shipped either by UPS (UN number 3480) or DHL (UN number 3481).

Shipping abroad is possible on request. Please contact us at info@droniq.de

Payment

We offer the following payment methods in our online store:

• Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express)
• Paypal
• Invoice (For companies we also offer payment on invoice. Please contact us for this)

Droniq GmbH reserves the right to individually limit the use of the available payment methods.

Invoice

The invoice is to be paid by bank transfer within 14 days after receipt of the goods. The bank details are:
