Designed for DJI drones, drone-in-a-box systems and remote controls, DJI cellular dongles provide reliable 4G connectivity - ideal for professional applications where secure control and end-to-end data transmission are critical. Whether for the police, fire department or aid organizations: The dongle ensures a stable connection, even in the presence of obstacles, weak signal or difficult terrain conditions.

Typical areas of application:

  • Police: Situation monitoring at major events, unobtrusive observation, aerial photography for urban operations with high radio density
  • Fire department: investigation of fire sources, search for embers with thermal imaging cameras, real-time transmission to the operations control center
  • Aid organizations: Situation assessment after natural disasters, search for people in the field, support for evacuations with live data

The dongles increase range and connection reliability, overcome dead spots and enable secure control of your drone via the mobile network - exactly when it counts. It offers a free DJI subscription to the extended transmission service for the first year and is the ideal solution for missions where every second and every image counts.

For optimal use, two dongles are required - one for the drone and one for the remote control. Depending on the DJI device, you will need either the DJI Mobile Dongle 1 or the DJI Mobile Dongle 2.

  • The 4G dongle offers a free subscription to the extended transmission service for the first year and is the ideal solution for applications where every second and every image counts. From the 2nd year, costs of 29 EUR apply. The enhanced transmission can only be booked via the DJI app. 
  • The annual connectivity subscription is automatically terminated after 12 Mondays and must be actively renewed by the user. The costs for renewal are as follows: EUR 55.00 net for monthly billing, EUR 649.00 net for annual billing.
