Who we are

We are a joint venture of DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung GmbH and Deutsche Telekom AG. Our goal is the safe and efficient integration of drones into German airspace. We enable commercial drone operations beyond visual range.

Your tasks

  • Support of the sales team in the operative day-to-day business
  • Support in the area of data acquisition, data preparation and data maintenance
  • Support for online data research
  • Participation in customer acquisition by telephone
  • Participation in the development and implementation of sales campaigns
  • Carrying out potential analyses and supporting the development of new customer segments

Your profile

  • Ongoing business studies
  • Ideally practical experience in customer support
  • Good/Very good knowledge of MS-Office as well as experience in contact care management.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills as well as solution-oriented action
  • Structured way of working, distinct ability to work in a team and independently

The "Light UAS Operator Certificate" (LUC) is a certificate valid throughout Europe for organizations that use drones in this special category. It allows more autonomy, for example in the approval of flying areas - without additional official procedures. This saves time & creates operational flexibility.
