Project AMI: Positioning & Guidance

At the beginning of February, Airbus hosted a kick-off meeting for the "AMI-PGS" project in Donauwörth. The project is a research project as part of the Air Mobility Initiative (AMI), which focuses on the requirements of eVTOLs for innovative take-off and landing procedures as well as connections and the flow of information to a UTM system.

The highlight of the day was the traffic tour of the Airbus Helicopter plant in Donauwörth, where the project team had the opportunity to visit the CityAirbus hangar.
