Traffic management for drones

UTMagent annual license

License for the web-based UTM system for authorities and organizations with security tasks (BOS)

With the UAS Traffic Management System (UTM) from Droniq, unmanned aerial systems (UAS) are safely and efficiently integrated into the airspace. The UTMagent variant supports authorities and organizations with security tasks (BOS) in the comprehensive monitoring of manned and unmanned air traffic in Germany. The system provides a complete overview of the current air situation, active missions and relevant airspace information and warnings in real time.
UTMpro is also available for commercial users - the solution for the professional planning, monitoring and evaluation of drone flights.

Advantages

  • Monitoring of air traffic for authorities and organizations with security tasks (BOS) within Germany.
  • Permanent air situation display in real time of all detected airspace participants in the area of interest.
  • Visualization of possible collision warnings.
  • Available anywhere, anytime as a web app.

Intended use

Droniq's UAS Traffic Management System (UTM) enables the safe and efficient integration of UAS into the airspace. The UTMagent supports authorities and organizations with security tasks (BOS) in the large-scale monitoring of manned and unmanned air traffic within the Federal Republic of Germany.

The UTM provides the user with a permanent overview of the current air situation of all created missions in real time.

With UTM access, the user can keep an eye on the airspace at all times and is informed about all relevant flight activities. Possible collision warnings, significant prohibitions and airspaces are also displayed visually in the UTM.

In addition to the agent version, there is also the UTMpro, which is aimed at commercial users and supports UAS operators in planning, monitoring and evaluating their drone flights.

Scope of delivery

Single user license for the web-based UAS Traffic Management System (UTM) for 12 months. Depending on customer requirements, the UTMagent can only display certain traffic up to a certain flight altitude. Spatial areas can also be limited, e.g. by federal state or the Federal Republic of Germany.

Subscription cost for use
The license is a single user seat license for 12 months. The annual subscription is automatically renewed for another year unless it is cancelled in due time. The notice period is 3 months to the end of the term. The costs for the annual license are 3000 EUR net. Billing is either monthly, quarterly or annually.

DRONES IN THE AIRSPACE

Safe and visible

With our traffic management system for drones, which is unique in Germany, we provide drone users with a live aerial situation of the manned and unmanned air traffic surrounding them. This allows drone flights to take place safely even beyond visual range. For this purpose, Droniq provides you with the required hardware and software consisting of the following components:

  • LTE transponder such as Dronetag mini or HOD4track for locating the aircraft
  • Web-based UTM system (UTMagent or UTMpro) for displaying flight movements
  • Soil sensor system
Antenna for large-area airspace monitoring

Product features

  • Air traffic monitoring

Surrounding air traffic - manned and unmanned - can be monitored in real time within Germany for authorities and organizations with security tasks (BOS) using the UTM's aerial situation picture. Aircraft (airplane, helicopter, drones, ground sensors) are displayed optically differentiated in the traffic management for drones.

  • Track flight movement

Users can track flight movement and view past flight history and projected flight direction.

  • Air situation display in real time

Multisensor data fusion is used to acquire data sources such as primary/secondary radar, ADS-B, FLARM or drone tracking systems. This ensures a permanent representation of the air situation in real time of all airspace participants covered.

  • Administration of no-fly zones

In the event of traffic accidents, fires or events, the UTMagent user can quickly and easily set up no-fly zones so that the airspace in a certain area is closed to users of the UTMpro and the Droniq app for a certain period of time.

  • Monitoring published UAS missions

The UTMagent user receives a permanent overview of the current air situation of all created missions in real time. Thus, he can retrieve mission details as well as remote pilot / operator information on published drone missions of all users registered in the system at any time.

  • Collision & Closed Airspace Warning

Potential collision warnings, significant prohibitions, and airspaces are visually depicted in the UTM.
