Assistant to the management with project support (M/W/D)

Who we are

We are a joint venture of DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung GmbH and Deutsche Telekom AG. Our goal is the safe and efficient integration of drones into German airspace. We enable commercial drone operations beyond visual range.

Your tasks

Support the management team in the areas of compliance, contracting and project controlling
Development of methods and tools to support and improve task performance
Assumption of projects as well as special tasks
First point of contact for business partners, email and phone inquiries, and visitors
Coordination and preparation of internal and external meetings for the management team
Preparation of decision memos, letters and presentations for management
Creation and answering of email and letter correspondence in German as well as English language
Office management including the management of service providers

Your profile

Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration
Organizational skills with a positive attitude
Proactive, structured and reliable way of working
High degree of independent working style, flexibility, sense of responsibility, reliability, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Open-minded and fun to work with in an agile, appreciative team
Curiosity for new things and willingness to acquire new knowledge
Solid knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
German and English language confident in spoken and written.
