Sales and business development experts Lara Krampe and Nicolas Koch went to Berlin from September 6 to 7. Together they presented the DFS subsidiary at the 8th Railway Forum in the Estrel Congress Center at the stand of its second parent, Deutsche Telekom.
The forum, which is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), is one of Deutsche Bahn's most important events. Deutsche Bahn acts as a competence partner at the forum and is prominently represented there. This is a good opportunity to explain the advantages of drones for rail transport to the forum participants. After all, interest in this area of application is growing all the time. Possible applications include track inspection by drone or the protection of depots.
At the Deutsche Telekom booth, Droniq employees provided detailed information about the possible applications of drones and Droniq's range of services. And because "showing" is always nicer than just "telling", the two also had something tangible in their luggage. The drone-in-a-box system DJI Dock, which is particularly suitable for regular and automated drone deployments. This was very well received by the forum participants and provided for some, in-depth conversations with colleagues.
