Droniq at AGRITECHNICA

Our colleague Alexander Wulf visited DJI and Globe Flight at AGRITECHNICA in Hanover.

In addition to the agricultural drones from DJI, the FlyCart, the new transport drone, was also on display. The FlyCart is characterized above all by its cable winch system. We were also able to test the drone's controls extensively.

The motto of this year's trade fair was "Precision Farming" - DJI particularly impressed visitors with how well the interaction between DJI drones (such as the Mavic 3 Multispectral) and agricultural drones with spraying or spreading applications works: This means that large-scale soil and plant analyses can be carried out in a very short time and a flight plan for the agricultural drones can be created from the material obtained. This means, for example, that pesticides or other products only need to be applied selectively, which is not only cost-saving but also environmentally friendly.

Another trade fair highlight was our visit to SumiAgro. SumiAgro has developed a unique AI system that can be used to determine both the pest infestation and the plant condition for each plant species. We are very excited to test the system next year and to be able to advise our customers with further information.

Easier & faster entry into regular operation with the LUC

The "Light UAS Operator Certificate" (LUC) is a certificate valid throughout Europe for organizations that use drones in this special category. It allows more autonomy, for example in the approval of flying areas - without additional official procedures. This saves time & creates operational flexibility.

In our DRONIQlive webinar, experts from the LBA, Droniq & from the field will explain for whom the LUC is worthwhile and how it facilitates regular operations. We look forward to your participation on 29.04.2025 at 7 pm!
