I agree that the photographs (portraits) taken of me may be reproduced, distributed, exhibited and publicly reproduced by Droniq GmbH in unaltered or altered form as part of the event named below without any restriction on the material, spatial or temporal scope of use and for all possible purposes.

• The transfer of the rights of use extends to all currently known types of use and also includes reproduction, distribution, digitization, exhibition, presentation, broadcasting, making available to the public and public reproduction by means of image/sound/data carriers.
• The images may be used in both digital and analog form in all suitable media (e.g. online/print use of any kind, videograms, interactive and multimedia, TV).
• I waive the right to be named, but agree that my name may be mentioned if the recordings are used.
• I am aware that I will not receive any remuneration for the publication.
• I can revoke my consent to the publication and use of photos and videos with me at any time for the future. Photos/videos for which consent has been given or was given at the time of publication may remain available. The revocation of consent only applies from the time of revocation.

Purpose of processing:
The photos and/or videos are used exclusively for internal reporting and public relations work of Droniq GmbH.

Legal basis for processing:
The processing of photos and/or videos to third parties is based on the express consent of the data subject(s), i.e. in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

Categories of recipients of the personal data:
The photos and/or videos are used by Droniq GmbH for internal reporting and public relations purposes. The images and films may be published in print and online media and social networks (e.g. YouTube).

Duration of storage of personal data:
Photos and/or videos taken for the purposes of Droniq GmbH's public relations work are stored for an indefinite period, subject to revocation of the consent of the data subject(s).

Rights of data subjects:
You can exercise the right to information, erasure, rectification, objection, restriction of processing and the right to data portability, provided that the corresponding requirements of the GDPR apply. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

German law applies to this agreement and release declaration.
